大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《安全自护》。

安全，这是两个熟悉的词！他一直在我们身边，因为安全是最美好的永恒，是生命之花，有了生命，世界才会变得多彩，安全是永恒的前提。

安全确实是一个环节，连接着方方面面，校园安全，交通安全，消防安全等等。因此，我们必须清醒地认识到“安全不是小事”。

可能有的同学会说“不要紧张，注意安全就好！”事实上，生活的道路上有许多安全隐患，各种威胁伴随着我们：食物中毒、交通事故、触电、溺水、抢劫等。那么，朋友，以上结果的根本原因是什么呢？就是我们青少年缺乏安全意识，自我保护能力差。

应该怎么做才能防止我们脆弱的生命像花朵一样容易枯萎？以下是我对安全和自我保护的建议。

一、饮食：

不要在没有卫生许可证的小摊上买食物，也不要吃发霉的食物。洗完就吃水果蔬菜，不喝生水或不卫生的水，养成良好的卫生习惯，饭前饭后洗手，加强体育锻炼，坚持早餐、午餐、晚餐吃好。

二、溺水预防：

游泳一定要大人陪。你不能未经允许就下水，或者一群学生可以在没有人知道的情况下在河里游泳。我们的大多数青少年死于溺水，所以我们在游泳时必须格外小心（由成年人陪同），如果我们发现腿抽筋或

一是增强计划性。“凡事预则立，不预则废”。我们的同学也要针对所剩的100天认真制定“百日冲刺计划书”，在这一百天，我该怎么学？如何学？对于自由支配的时间该怎样合理利用？哪段时间写语数外，哪段时间做物理化学，哪段时间看政治历史等，要做到心中有数，确保在规定时间内完成规定任务，以提高效率，保正实效。

二是加强反思和总结。这一点对于复习来说尤为重要。一轮，二轮复习的一个重要特点是要求同学们及时整理、总结所学的每一章、每一课或每一单元的知识，形成面，连成线，织成网，把握知识间的内在联系。对于单元练习和综合练习上的题目，特别是做错的题目，最好摘录到错题集上，予以认真的反思，领悟，并注意把它们与以前做过的题目加以比较，对照，以求举一反三，触类旁通。

三是把握每一个细节。细节决定成败，过程决定结果。我们要立足做好眼前的小事，用好每一个早读，上好每一节课，弄懂每一个题目，不放过每一个疑点，通过点点滴滴的积累，去登上中考成功的阶梯。

第三、希望同学们要有吃苦耐劳的精神和品质。有人把初三比作“苦难的天堂”，我要说，剩下的100天大家更要做好吃大苦的准备，要抛弃一切幻想，丢掉一切侥幸，排除一切干扰，埋头苦学，为了实现我们心中的目标，我们要鼓足勇气，迎难而上，苍天不负苦心人，大家最终一定会得到丰厚的回报。

亲爱的老师、同学们：

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《什么是小康社会》。全面建设小康社会，是十六大明确的全党、全国人民的奋斗目标，那么，全面的小康社会，究竟是一个什么样子呢？

小康社会是邓小平同志在改革开放后提出的。20世纪末，国家总体上达到小康水平，即初步小康水平。这种小康社会水平低，不全面。所谓低水平，就是进入小康社会的门槛；这还不全面，因为还有很大的不平衡。

根据国家统计局研究的成果，２０００年末，全国初步达到小康水平的人口是７５％左右，现在全国还有３０００万人的温饱问题没有解决，城镇还有近２０００万人生活在最低社会保障水平线以下，农村还有几千万人口是低水平的不巩固的温饱。

全面建设小康社会，就是要尽快解决温饱问题，实现与全国其他地区一样的小康社会；如果温饱不巩固，就要巩固温饱。如果解决了温饱问题，就要向小康社会迈进，全面建成小康社会。十六大提出的是建社会及十几亿人民、使全国十几亿人民过上小康生活的更高水平的小康社会。

小康社会是什么样？根据世界银行的统计，中国现在的人均收入不到世界平均水平的６０％，而到了全面的小康社会，中国有可能接近世界的平均水平，也就是说接近世界的中等水平。过去２０年，我们主要是讲先富论，使一部分地区、人群、城市先富起来，这个政策极大地促进了中国的经济发展。

今后20年，全面建设小康社会的主要困难不在北京、上海，而在中西部。困难不在城市，而主要在农村。困难不在汉族人口，而主要在少数民族地区和人口。

小康社会一个重要的标准就是共同富裕。

小康社会有哪些方面？过去，我们从发展生产、提高生活水平的角度讲小康社会。十六大讲的，包括经济发展、人民生活、经济体制改革，包括民主政治建设，包括精神文明建设及教育科技、文化、人的全面发展，包括可持续发展等等，是社会全面进步的一个要求。

报告最后有一个很好的概括，就是社会主义市场经济、社会主义民主政治、社会主义精神文明，也概括为物质文明建设、政治文明建设、精神文明建设三大文明。

大家好!

一天，我翻看着语文书，夏衍先生的《包身工》深深地吸引了我，在社会主义温暖大家庭里成长的我，怎么也难以想象那个悲惨的历史，我深深地同情着“芦柴棒”，痛恨着带工头和“东洋婆子”，更是痛心着国弱民哀……

今天是十二月九日，阳光懒懒散散，冬日寒冷凄清。在这个普通的日子里，历史老师却给我们讲述了一个不平凡的故事：历史的风，吹翻起七十二年前的那一页。在我的眼前，历历浮现出，那冰雪覆盖的1935年，那悲痛岁月里的冷嗖嗖的日子。日本帝国主义大肆张开它的魔爪，伸向了我中华的心脏——华北大地，中华民族陷于内忧外困之中。

这一天，在中国共产党的领导下，6000多愤怒的北平青年走上街头，高举着正义的旗帜，奔走呼告，勇敢地向卑鄙的暴虐宣战，向怯弱的卖国宣战。到处是挂满的标语，到处是飘舞的纸单，到处是舞动的小旗，到处是怒吼的口号，到处是浴血沸腾的青年。白云为之翻涌，大海为之咆哮，黄河长江为之怒吼，中华大地为之震颤，因为一个蹂躏不屈的民族，在苏醒。一个多灾多难的国家，在抗争。

他们，中华的优秀儿女挺身而起。

他们，在国家存亡的关头，振臂高呼，促使了反动派的妥协。

他们，在民族生死的毫发间，热血横洒，促使了民族的觉醒。

他们，可敬可爱的青年，以他们的实际行动，展示了青年的热血豪情，以他们大无畏的勇气，诠释了青年的含义。

我们不会忘记他们，那些可敬可爱的青年，他们是民族的拯救者，他们是中华民族的先驱。

高中语文书上第二篇课文是杨振宁先生的《邓稼先》，两位科学家在中国屈辱历史的大背景下，用他们的一腔热血和青春岁月挺起了中华民族不屈的脊梁。他们是中国几千年传统文化孕育出来的有最高奉献精神的儿子。

他们让我想起了五四时期的一首歌：

中国男儿，中国男儿

要将双手撑天空

……

历史的列车，载着曾经的荣辱，带着深沉的思索，驶入一个新的世纪。

先辈们向我们诠释了什么是民族精神，今人也在弘扬着民族的气节。“挑战极限，勇创一流”的青藏铁路精神，“载人航天”精神。他们在新世纪以特别能吃苦，特别能战斗，特别能奉献的精神传承着中华民族的优秀传统。

那么，朋友们，正值青春年华年少轻狂的我们，该用这样怎样的行动诠释青年的含义呢?处于二十一世纪和平下的中国中学生们又该如何去弘扬民族精神呢?

对此，我只想说两个“努力”!

我相信，每一个有理智的，有热血的青年中学生都不会希望自己平平庸庸一辈子，我们都渴望理想的实现，渴望自己的青春大发光彩。

那么，朋友们，努力吧，趁我们还年轻。

努力的学习，努力的做人，努力的工作，在自己的平凡的岗位上努力做出不平凡的业绩，才是对前辈的告慰，对人生理想的实现，对祖国母亲的回报。

朋友们，别再有那么多的犹豫，别再有那么多的彷徨，别放慢我们年轻的脚步，勇敢而执着的向前走，前方便是海阔天空。

大家好！

人生如戏，高 潮便是青春。

青春令人留恋，也令人困恼。它向征着奋斗，拼搏，不败。

青春给予我们快乐、与同学相处，感受友谊。与父母知心，感受亲情。与老师沟通交流，感受老师对我们的无限期望。

这奋斗，在天空，鸟儿们竟相飞翔，在广阔的蓝天之间，自由翱翔。与它的伙伴们，相互追赶，不愿落后，累了，便在树梢枝头停歇，望着远处，片刻便扑动着双翅向前赶去。这奋斗，在大地，小草顽强地生长着，俗话说：野火烧不尽，春风吹又生。即使是在冬天，即使有冬风无情地吹拂它们怒力生长着，不畏艰难与恶劣的环境，与同伴互竟互生。这奋斗是青春，这顽强，是生机，在乱倒之后，仅一时，便又生长了起来。

唯有坚持，方有胜者。面对青春，更多的是不同以往的更加艰难的考验与挑战。这磨练了自身，也磨练了意志。前进的路上，多了绊脚，也多了垫脚石。克服了他们，也就在无行之中磨练了自己。青春重在一念间的选择，这种选择，决走了心态，从而也就决定了成败。

青春给予我们的是美好的，同时也赋予了我们选择未来的机会。等待我的将是那整装待发的活力与蓬勃，奋斗造就了更完美的青春，没有被奋斗的汗水洗礼过的青春是不圆满的，没有燃烧过激情的人生是饱含缺陷的。
