读了《瓦尔登湖》一书后最大的感想就是梭罗对“孤独”和“寂寞”的喜爱与“只需生活必需品，不为世俗而劳心”的生活主张。我自然也被梭罗对瓦尔登湖五光十色的描写所折服，也惊叹他对雨中的瓦尔登湖观察的细致入微。当然还有他笔下那冬日的生灵与景色同样吸引着我。不过我感触最深的还是他对独处的情有独钟和个性的生活主张。

只需生活的必需品，不为世俗而劳心。去热爱自然享受自然。既使在现在吧、社会中，也可以去发现乐趣，寻找幸福。活在现在的社会中，就有现在的活法。我认为，本质上都应该是提高自身，使自身不低俗的娱乐。可是总有那么一些人总是会跑偏的。有整日忙碌却不知为何的人，有追名逐利的人而忽视身边美丽的人，有得到财富却没有机会再去享受的人。有时候，社会大多数人的思想太浅了（个人观点），人们做事生活太浮于表面，去追求与自己不相关的东西。

还记得，在我初中的时候，那时周末在家看电视。村里的一位30几岁的阿姨来找我爷爷。找我爷爷干什么呢？帮忙杀鸡。我心里就纳闷，都那么大的人了，居然鸡都不会杀。我虽然没杀过，但是要我动起手来，稍稍摸索一下还是能杀好一只鸡的。我当时在场，不知道是笑好，还是去帮忙杀鸡。

杀鸡这等小事里面也有着学问。课余时间在外兼职时，和一位师傅聊天。得知杀鸡如何杀的快。师傅说杀鸡的时候口子要小，血要慢慢的放，鸡是不会挣扎的。连鸡都不知道自己怎么死的。我惊叹：“蔡师傅，厉害，不愧是师傅啊！”蔡师傅低调地说。着也是杀多之后的感悟出来的。

从普通的杀鸡到到快速杀鸡，对厨师来说是一个飞跃。作为一名物理系的学生，从物理学角度看，这是一个从一般到特殊的过程以及其深远的意义。这样的一个过程可能所包含的甚至有改变世界的潜质（很多时候人们没有注意或者坚持下去）。在这里不得不说明一下，我是始终充满着幻想的。正是从这样的小事中得到升华，而不是去思考有哪些事然后抱怨怎么有那么的多的事，再草草了事，或者直接照搬照抄其他人的。总之，他们是不情愿去做的。不愿意去做的一个重要原因或许是不会解决困难。现实中，不是所有的困难都是像游戏里的一样符合你的人物等级的。更多的时候要知道如何解决困难，一步一步的不停的做。有一个故事是大家所熟知的吧。有两只青蛙同时掉入一个坑中，那个坑太深了，它们跳不上来。一只是正常的，一只是耳聋的。其它青蛙都说你们不可能跳上来。那只正常的青蛙果断的放弃了，当然，这也意味着它的死亡。耳聋的那只在不断的努力，最终它跳出了深坑。聋青蛙不断尝试去找到方法，于是它不停的跳，终于它的弹跳得到了提高，跳出了那个深坑。

而现在，有些方法前人已经总结出来，甚至有些还被人们所熟知，只要一步步踏踏实实的去做，成功的可能性很大。但是人们往往在随波逐流，无法静心去阅读，任凭感觉左右自己的思想。这正如那只死去的小青蛙。

这与梭罗的喜欢独处时恰恰相反的。

梭罗喜欢观察周围、享受周围的环境，也喜欢阅读。当阅读他在林中生活带、的那一节时，我感觉，他的世界如同童话一般纯洁，有生机。可以说梭罗像个孩子。他说：“我从未感到孤独和寂寞，也丝毫没有承受到寂寞的压迫和负担。”显然，在他的字典没有“孤独”和“寂寞”的贬义。想必他的内心是十分充盈的。有时候我独自坐在图书馆里还会时常的刷手机朋友圈，空间。那是是对书厌倦了，感到了孤独，没有和书本产生交流。这是十分恐怖的。这样的情况让我失去了大把的时间。梭罗他也曾发生动摇。这动摇发生在独自踏入丛林的几周后。他思考是否该有些近邻、独处是否快乐的想法。当这思绪还侵占着他的身心的时候，雨突然飘落下来。梭罗蓦然觉得和大自然相依为伴，竟是如此甜美、陶醉和受惠。反观自身，在看书时遇到的孤独，想必是没有发现书中内容的美妙之处。没有一双可以发现没的眼睛。对克服困难找方法也是如此。遇到困难若能提前感受到客服困难的巨大成就感，那动力是十分强劲的。心不能静下来，也或许是没有发现身边的、手下的美。美可以让人沉醉其中，忘却时间。

关于隐居之乐中，他提到，“真正好学的学子，即使在剑桥大学很拥挤的蜂房内，也寂寞的像沙漠里托钵僧一样。”看到这句，我就深深的感到脸红惭愧。还记得在高中时候对物理一直在看在想，有时候会4-5小时去看资料或者是计算。而现在，大学以来从未感到如此，有时候心就是静不下来。不得不说，大学把我的人生重新摧毁了。作业不能像高中那样做的飞快，对于知识的渴望没有那么强烈，对于手机没有那么重的依恋。匆匆忙忙中忘记了感悟生活，发现乐趣，只知道完成任务，早日休息；早起贪黑中遗失了对朝阳的喜爱，遗忘了寻找幸福的目的，只知道加快进程，完成工作。人生需要重建。幸运的.是《瓦尔登湖》提醒了我，让我想起最初的上大学的目的——研究物理。物理大厦高大而美妙。光、电磁、力、热、量子五大基础，就已经让我目不暇接的，高兴不已了。现代物理又是那么生动具体，可以回答很多我苦苦思索而没有结果的问题。面对高大的物理大厦，我已经感受到了站在楼顶，俯瞰世界的喜悦了，我正跃跃欲试。

这本书是我高二寒假买的，还有一本是《边城》，因为看《瓦尔登湖》的封面比较缺乏趣味，所以当时读了边城。然而最近因为教师推荐才看《瓦尔登湖》。

如徐迟先生说，在繁忙的白昼他有时会将信将疑，觉得它并没有什么好处，直到黄昏，心境渐渐寂寞和恬静下来，才觉得"语语惊人，字字闪光，沁人肺腑，动我衷肠"，而到夜深万籁俱寂之时，就更为之神往了。我虽没有他这种感觉，初读觉得作者有隐士风范，再深入思考一会儿竟颇有感触。

首先，虽是散文，但却与我之前所看的散文有所不一样。作者在文中引用众多神话故事，诗歌以及典籍，典故等等。这确实令我比较惊奇，较之国内的部分散文作品，这是比较奇特的。在这部作品中引用较多《圣经》的资料和希腊神话。例如他在讽刺人们被命运支配时，引用《马太福音》："不要为自我积攒财宝在地上，地上有虫子咬，能锈坏，也有贼挖窟窿来偷。"不仅仅如此，他还引用许多名人的话来论述自我的观点。我觉得这也是我们写作文时应当学习的。他引用的作品作者来自世界各地，例如有中国的孔子，英国的查普曼，美国的爱德华—约翰逊等。另外，不仅仅是文学，他的生活本事也十分好，换句话说就是他很会过日子。例如在盖房子时他计算了所有的花费，生活了一年以后他又算了一年内的花销，生怕自我多用了一分钱。虽然生活很简单，可是他觉得很满足，并没有因为这样的生活并且抱怨（因为他就是来瓦尔登湖体验这种生活的）。

可是他为什么会放弃城市里的生活而来到这样一个人烟稀少的湖边生活呢？他想明白人们生活为什么变难。可是他用亲身经历证明维持最基本的生活需要并不难，于是他又探究人们生活中存在的问题。这仅仅是其中一个原因，还有就是他热爱自然，山川草木都是他的朋友。他就像是惠特曼口中所说的橡树——没有一个同类，独自生长着。可是梭罗还有同类，不仅仅如此，他还和自然联系着。而他也成为真正意义上的"人"，因为他的独特性。再看看我们此刻的这些人，学生，工人，农民，教师，司机，我认为这并不能称为真正意义上的"人"，而是具有不一样功能的机器罢了，缺乏作为人的独特性。

然后对于他的生活，确实是令人向往，与陶渊明颇有几分相似。他先为自我盖好一栋小屋，解决了住所问题，接下来就是满足肚子的需要了，他在屋旁犁几分地种粮食，同时还在外面捡枯木头作为燃料，就这样，他解决了最基本的生活需求。然后就是精神需求了。他热爱读书，即使是几张纸片他都不会放过，除了读书，他也会独自一人坐在林中思考，而正是他所思考的这些资料确实令我颇有感触。这些问题即使是放在当下也是十分值得讨论和发人深思的。因为这些问题是极其普遍又容易被人忽略。

第一，梭罗认为许多人"被生活的重担压垮，闷死，爬行在人生之路上"。就拿此刻的人来说，许多人都为了买房买车，不惜向别人借钱或者是贷款，几年，几十年都在还钱，就为了一栋房子或者是一辆车。而有许多人扛不起重担，或者是因为一时的失意而放弃，或者是因为挫折而颓废。梭罗认为房屋只是为了起到遮蔽的作用，抵抗寒冷和雨雪，这是最基本的功能，人们需要也正是这基本的功能。而一个木箱也有类似的作用。再者，小棚屋可比箱子好多了，可是许多人却追求城市里豪华的房子，这豪华的房子不知能换多少小棚屋，但人们却为了能够拥有一套豪华的房子，使自我处在贫困与艰辛中。这主要在于人们的虚荣心，梭罗称之为"贫穷的礼貌"，然而这些贫穷的礼貌人却嘲笑起那些没有豪华的房屋，但很富足的"野蛮人"。然而虽说这很讽刺，放在此刻却是现实的，因为城市里的生活条件比较好，生活也舒适些，以及工作的需要，才会迫使人们宁愿扛着重担。毕竟像梭罗和陶渊明这种人又有多少呢。作者也在书中写道："更为高贵的植物的价值在于它们能够在远离地面的空气和阳光中结出果实，它们不会受到像比较低级的食用植物的对待"。我们此刻在做的只是为了争夺阳光和空气罢了。

然而，我们的时代还处于梭罗的时代，这世界上几乎所有人都被世事牵绊着，无法从中脱身，更甚者则越陷越深，无法自拔。但依然存在少数哲人和智者以及部分原始人没有陷入其中。梭罗在瓦尔登湖旁的小屋里，体验着这自然：春日万物复苏，夏天与动物同乐，秋季湛蓝的湖面以及隆冬的湖天一色，白雪纷飞。梭罗这人，从令人窒息的社会中跳出来，向世人证明远离尘世也能满足生活的需求。或许他的书，寂寞的人看完以后能够获益，不再寂寞。但我们这些人可能无法理解作者真正的想法，只会在看后惊叹作者描述的景物与生活，并对这种生活产生艳羡。甚至会在脑海中闪过一丝想法——这生活比陶渊明还要闲适！如果把这本书比作一坛陈年老酒，我们这些人只能闻一口酒香，而那些与作者类似的人品完一口后定会觉得回味无穷。或许是因为我们此刻还处在尘世当中，对世事的抵触没作者强烈，所以无法真正理解这本书真正的含义。

庄子得到了一个酒葫芦，凭着它游于江河山川，毫无牵挂。而梭罗则在自我建造的小屋之中，自给自足，融入自然。而我们此刻的许多人呢，有太多的羁绊，失去自由，失去自我，远离自然，成为了尘世中的一台机器。

As some said in preface “Walden is a book with loneness and solitude and a book with a single person.” When your mind is uneasy, you have no need reading the book. It requires you to come down and to be at leisure.

The book was written in the middle of the 19th century-a period that is a rapid development of capitalism. Under such a background, most people would rather pursue benefits as possible as they can and try every means to obtain higher power and money no matter what it would cost. Industrial civilization and noisy society was gradually corrupting the nature of the humanity. However, at this situation, a illuminati graduating from Harvard University, carried an axe along with his lone single shadow. After reading the book, what impressed me most is the description of the fascinating scenery around the Walden pound, especially these sentences: A lake is the landscape's most beautiful and expressive feature. It is earth's eye; looking into which the beholder measures the depth of his own nature. The fluviatile trees next the shore are the slender eyelashes which fringe it, and the wooded hills and cliffs around are its overhanging brows. To Thoreau, the Walden lake is like a charming and melting girl , who has slender eyelashes and likes to dress herself in different beautiful clothes with the changes of different seasons.

Every morning after getting up, Thoreau would have a bath in the Walden lake to start a new day. After that, he used to wander around the pond and refresh himself with the fresh air. In summer days , he cultivated a piece of land and growed beans, blackberries, johnsworts and the like. The depiction of his leisure rurality spontaneously reminds me of Tao Yuanming, the famous Chinese poet, who lived in the Jin Dynasty and made his life meaningful by returning to the nature and perfecting himself. If Thoreau and Tao Yuanming lived in the same period and place, they would probably become best friends.

From the book, we know that during the years when Thoreau lived near the Walden, he did not completely isolate himself from the outside world. Sometimes he went to the town and did odd jobs and would receive visitors and friends in his cabin at times. As I mention before, the intention for his living in the woods was that he wanted to teach people how to live a simple life, achieve enjoyment from the nature, free oneself from the strained daily life and what is more important is to reevaluate the value of social life.

Closing the white cover of the book Walden， I just quite confused because so many new words that I cant recognize. With the help of Chinese version downloaded from the internet, after I catch the general idea, a burst of cold water pours into my heart, pure and limpid, clarify my shattered mind without any dirt existing. As some said in preface Walden is a book with loneness and solitude and a book with a single person. When your mind is uneasy, you have no need reading the book. It requires you to come down and to be at leisure.

The book was written in the middle of the 19th century-a period that is a rapid development of capitalism. Under such a background, most people would rather pursue benefits as possible as they can and try every means to obtain higher power and money no matter what it would cost. Industrial civilization and noisy society was gradually corrupting the nature of the humanity. However, at this situation, a illuminati graduating from Harvard University, carried an axe along with his lone single shadow. Then away from the city he ran into the uninhabited Walden at the edge of the mountain forest and settled down over here. He insisted on his own ways with a yearning for nature as well as set out the trace of the soul. At the land of the so-called Walden drops of god。 He became unperturbed in space，lonely in thought.

He quietly uploaded the noise in the city. Then he wrote down the solitude by heart. Every time when people read his book, they definitely will be shocked. He fell into meditating about the life. It made peoples heart become as clear as the pure water. I stand in awe of him, his life turned out to be such simple and meanwhile glamorous. It is rather than momentary but significant. His spiritual world is colorful even exquisite beyond compare. Maybe in the world seldom exist such a sage like him.

Throughout Thoreaus short lifetime, he attempted to encourage people to simplify the life and spare the time to go deep into the real life. At the same time, he let them enjoy it. He told people not to be confused with complicated life by his own experiences. In the direction of Thoreau, they would not lose a flash of hope or lose their way in life. They should be a rudder of the life thus start on a new journey. He thought that if people were able to set the simple life by universe regulation, it would not arouse many anxieties which disturbed the inner peace of the heart. The so-called tomorrow would not approach in spite of the ending of the time. We regarded a flash of light as darkness. As we were sober, the first light of morning was going to break.

He calls on people live a simple life that is in order to make people experience something new instead of saving money. Maybe this is the value of a person. Theres not any pretence, only be surrounded with solitude and quietness.

At the shore of Walden, the author exactly chased for depth, rather, it was pursuing the depth. In a lonely state of mind, he thought about the life and explored the real meaning. Solitude inspired his profound thought. Do not give me love, money or reputation, please give me the truth. This was what he was calling in his heart.

Though we cant live a life in woods around the mountain and Walden has disappeared forever, its impossible to hinder us have a Walden of our own. Our heart need being clarified as Thoreau has said that let your spirit set out to explore.
